Christian Greetings!
We are
anticipating a time of great fellowship and spiritual
impartation this year at our conference.
Bethel
Fellowship International has gone through some changes in
this past year. We have gained another 50 members to our
Fellowship with the addition of some from Japan, Indonesian
Pastors in the US, and a group of our brethren from Holland.
All of these brethren were previously licensed by Bethel
Christian Ministries and have chosen to be identified with
BFI.
Five or six
years ago the Lord spoke very plainly to our Fellowship and
encouraged those of us who were at the conference to "be
Bethel if we are called Bethel". Since that time of rebirth
and regeneration we have seen a steady increase in
attendance each year.
Three years
ago many of the Conference attendees decided to become a
part of MFI (Ministers Fellowship International). Brother
Bill Schiedler came and spent a day with us answering
questions and becoming acquainted with us. Brother Dick
Iverson was our speaker the following year and we were able
to become better acquainted with him as we fellowshipped
with one another in the Word of the Lord.
Once again
we find ourselves at a crossroads in our history and want to
take full advantage of the position to which we have been
called.
I
n
keeping with what the Lord is doing, we have entitled this
years conference “A Three Fold Cord Is Not Easily Broken”.
God has bound us together in His own wisdom with City Church
and Minister’s Fellowship International, and we want to take
full advantage of the strengths that each of us possess in
this time of harvest.
 |
Bethel
has the strength of the Revelation of the Name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, the Word, End Time Revelation, and Foreign
Missions |
 |
Ministers
Fellowship Inter. has the strength of Worship, Word,
Fatherhood, Apostolic Covering and Fellowship |
 |
City
Church brings all of that along with tremendous Faith and
Progressive Vision. |
So, it
truly is a strong cord.
God spoke a
word to the Fellowship years ago telling us that He will use
our little group for something big in the last days. I
think we are being set up for just that.
Dan Peterson will be our first speaker this year as we
change the format somewhat. He will share both the history
of the merge and his heart towards our future together. On
Tuesday Pastor Wendell Smith will speak in all of the
services. On Wednesday we are planning to have one of the
Apostolic team from MFI minister to us.
It is our
desire to be able to both identify and partake of all of the
strengths each of us have in the Lord as we are bound
together
.
The harvest truly is great in this last day and we need
the wisdom of the Lord to be wise builders in His kingdom.
