Our churches and Fellowship have
always had a strong love for foreign missions. In
past years we have focused much of our energies and
time on reaching the lost in other lands. We were
challenged by the Word of the Lord to ask of Him for
the nations as out inheritance.
We are exploring that once again
this year as we look in our own back yards and
neighborhoods. During the past few years we have
seen an acceleration of an influx of people from
other nations moving into our cities, towns, and
next door. How do we reach them? Historically, we
have waited until they become “Americanized”, speak
English, and understand some of our culture, etc.
before we think we can reach them. But, the
challenge from the Spirit of the Lord is to be a
witness in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the
uttermost part of the world.
“Operation
Bright Lights”
is a military term used to
describe a covert
operation. First they identify
a group of people who are oppressed, held in
bondage, imprisoned and in a state of captivity.
Then they strategize a means of securing their
release. Now it is time for the special forces those
who have studied the situation completely and
determined a way of escape for those held in
darkness. This group then proceeds forward as the
Bright Lights to secure the release and freedom for
others.
Bethel Fellowship is and can be a
part of “Operation Bright Lights”

Morning Sessions
Norene De Monnin
Norene DeMonnin will share with us regarding
prayer walks. How do they weaken the hold or grip the enemy
has on people and cleanse the soil before we go in to
scatter the seed of His word to others. She will share some
of the experiences she has had both at home and abroad.
Steve Dawson
Steve Dawson will share strategies with us
about how to reach those at home and abroad.
Dan Peterson
Dan Peterson will minister to us with the
foreign mission background and give us some testimonials of
victories of the past and the present as well as ways we can
reach those from other nations who live among us.
Floyd Earlywine
Pastor Floyd will minister Communion and challenge us on
Thursday Morning.
Do we know and understand the captivity and
cause we have been trained and equipped to do? There is a
call from the Spirit of the Lord to His people everywhere to
gather the lost. Not just to the ministry, but all of His
people.
We need to know and understand something
about the people groups who are living around us so that we
can both minister to them and win them to the Lord and train
the people in our congregations to become a part of this
great ingathering.
Come and search with us for strategies to
reach every tongue, tribe and nation here at home. The
thrust of the studies will be how to implement some of the
strategies that we have learned from foreign ministry to
reap a great harvest at home.
Monday - Wednesday The evening services are open to all
of our congregations. They will be held in the meeting room
on Mt. Zion top floor.
