TURKEY
RETREAT!
Are
you 1) 13-19 years old, or 2) ALMOST 13 (will be before July
2005) or 3) part of a BFI youth group, and 4) ready to "Get Away
From It All" and 5) PARTY ALL NIGHT with other totally committed
Christian teens?
Then
TURKEY RETREAT is for YOU!
· WHERE?
We start off at Bible Fellowship in Federal Way (ok, if you
wanna get technical, the address is
1336 S 336th St, Federal Way, WA 98003).
Around 9 PM, we leave for
“Funtasia” in Edmonds, WA. Then, around 11:30PM, we’ll head
to “Hillcrest Bowling” in Renton for a couple of hours of
Midnight Bowling. Finally, it’s back to Bible Fellowship for
banana splits, popcorn, movies, and Dance Dance Revolution until
breakfast at 6AM! Whew!
· WHEN?
Friday, November 25th (the day after Thanksgiving, and, it's a
retreat; hence, TURKEY RETREAT! Get it? Got it? GOOD!). We’ll
kick off with registration at the door at 5PM that Friday, and
you’ll need to be picked up at Bible Fellowship on Saturday the
26th by 7AM (unless you’ve made group arrangements).
· WHO?
You, ya teenager, you! And your friends. And your youth leader.
· WHAT?
What? Oh, to bring? Ah! Just yourselves and your $40 bucks.
Bring some extra quarters too for some video games if you want.
Oh, a parental permission slip (available
here) wouldn't hurt either (since we can't let you stay
without it!)
